Phoned about my O2 account, couldn’t confirm my name when I asked them to. Proceeded to waste their time by giving them the wrong email 8x. I’m on break at work and just spent 24 mins on the phone with them :) break well spent :))

Repeated calls after deciding not to proceed because they were asking for sensitive data. Very suspicious and I increasingly suspected scam and that it could prove to be dangerous.
