This is the 3rd call I have had in one week from the same two people with Asian accents. On checking the number three different numbers were recorded -code 01420; 02894 and 01241 today The man was very insistent on trying to extract my bank details supposedly to set up a new direct debit for a service plan. Domestic & General was also mentioned. All a scam
Indian man called and asked about boiler service. When asked which company they are calling from- said Domestic and General. I hung up
Sounded like a noisy call centre, an unprofessional-sounding voice stuttered, "Am I speaking to..." That's when I hung up and have blocked the number.
Scam about gas boiler cover. Very poor English.

They claimed to be from my appliance insurance provider, and were very pushy asking for sort codes etc. I
An Indian sounding gentleman presented themselves as calling from Lifestyle! They knew my full name, previous address, Asked if I was a homeowner, Asked what age range I was in. After asking what exactly they were capturing my information for he said it was a lifestyle survey and I said I didn’t want to be a part of any survey and they were begging me for another 30 seconds. I told them to remove my personal data and not contact me to which they pleaded to continue so I got angry and the phone went dead.
Many similar calls that appear scams.
