Had a call from these on an old p2 number. I transferred my number to another service provider over a year ago. They claimed to be offering 30% discount and a choice between a free headset amd a free charger. Semt me an email that wanted me to sign into my 02 account. I have worked for 02 call centers before along with other call centers. There was no call recording statement which is a legal requirement in EVERY call center. There was no asking if speaking to the main account holder. They rang on a number that has not been woth 02 in over a year under the belief I was an active 02 customer and getting rewarded for my loyalty. SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT.

Claimed they were calling from O2 and could reduce my monthly payment by 30%. Then asked what my current monthly payment was. I said if they were O2 they would know that. Said he was from Promotions not accounts so didn’t have any information about my account. Said he would call back later when I had the account information to hand.
