claimed to be from microsoft - unclear if this is genuine. lady on phone shouted and threatened to cut off my account if i did not open my computer while on the phone. she called back twice, each time being more and more threatening and would not listen. i tried to be pleasant but eventually had to put down phone due to lack of respect and threats
