When answered not the usual indian/ pakistani but english and very pleasant sounding. He said we recently purchased a freezer and for £3 99 a month could guarantee replacemnt if any fault occurs. I kept saying its ok and dont need any extra cover, he didnt give up until I just said no thanks. I have blocked this number as it is spam.
