Very plausible Said they were issuing new sim, asked for me email and then said they would send a link I needed to open - thankfully I hung up at this point.

As soon as they say " how are you ", in an Indian accent", I put the phone down!

As per previous messages, this is a scam. Pretending to be from O2 or Virgin Media and telling me that they are cancelling my SIM and sending me a new one. Called me 3 times until I reported and blocked them.

Called from "02" my sim will be blocked there is a new sim on its way please use it immediately as there's a problem with the 02 server system. Literally isn't true as I was on a call to actually o2 yesterday

Pretended to be EE asking for email address. Suggested SIM would be deactivated. Clear scam.

Most likely scam. They say they are from O2 and Virgin. Said I need a SIM upgrade... if not my SIM will be blocked.
