Trying to tell me my visa card linked to bank of Scotland, had odd activity, I told the bloke, I don't have a card connected to that bank, he still went on , I just told him to f off, do the same

This number tried calling me this afternoon.
I often get calls from these phone numbers starting with 0208 I always block them after.
Then they always call me on a different number.
They are always pretending to be phone companies or say I’ve been in a car accident and need to claim insurance.
Always some sort of scammer.
I get the same problem through emails as well.
So if anyone else gets a call from these numbers please just always block them.
Never answer the phone to them.
