The "conversation" didn't get as far a a hard sell. Just an annoying robotic voice asked me how I was. I asked who they were. No response to my question but was asked about the problems with my property. I asked how they knew about the problems. No direct response. I was asked if I had damp or mould. I asked back "are you a robot?" I was told they were helping people with problems in their homes. I asked again "are you a robot". At this point I was told I would be put through to the supervisor. I hung up!
