High Court Writ threatening to serve papers...scumbag idiot tried the same thing a year ago, all our callls are recorded and the information was provided to crime unit, sent again.

As mentioned in the other reviews, stated I had an unpaid advertisement and became very rude saying bailiffs were coming round today to seize assets.

They Called my brother saying they were law enforcement and locksmiths were coming to the house to change the locks and take goods or any vehicles as they had a court order. Said it was a magazine debt from 2022 for £1800. They rushed home as said they were coming back with locksmith but they never showed. Told him the evidence they had was a recording of him agreeing to magazine. They then ignored phone calls back to them.

They said they was law enforcement and they had a recording of me agreeing to sign up for advertisement from some company I'd never heard of going back to 2022 and I owed £1800 and they was wiling to accept payment over the phone -obviously I didn't give any details. They then said they would leave the court papers on my doorstep. Nothing was there when I got home. Reported online to action fraud as no one at action fraud answered when I called.
