This is a pre-recorded message that immediatley kicks in when the call is answered, asking me to add their number to my WhatsApp so that they can speak to me about work. They clearly have not done their research, I am retired!! I always block and report this type of call as its more than likely some kind of scam and they either want to see if I answer the call (check the number is real and live) or the will be sending all sorts of rubbish on WhatsApp to me. This type of caller is not worth one second of my time. I can't say if its a Dangerous or Harassing call, I didn't give them the chance to do anything more.
