Was sent a text from this number as if it was DWP- stating official notice regarding a winter allowance application which hasn't been submitted- I think this must be a scam as I have never applied for winter allowance- and I'm pretty sure its called winter 'fuel allowance' therefore I'm blocking this number the link it gives is a totally random address - nothing linked to the gov site.
