Continual calls from the energy team, also first name basis (for my preferred rather than birth certificate name too!) on other numbers besides this one. I have told them to stop calling me. I am with the TPS. I have blocked them, and they are still calling me, leaving an AI message on my voicemail that simply says "AI underscore agent underscore response". I don't know how this is getting through when I have blocked them. The message makes no sense and is extremely frustrating. I have reported this to the ICO and still it is happening. I never used to get calls, and all of a sudden I've had an influx of these. I just want it to stop.

Continual calls from the Energy Team. Different numbers, same old message cheaper energy. Very personal, first name basis. Phoned three times today. Central Scotland.
