Called from 01544 329839, also variations with last two digits 36,38,40,41,43,44 and 45, (01544329836 / 01544329838 / 01544329840 / 01544329841 / 01544329843 / 01544329844 / 01544329845 ) every day since 5/11/24 at different times. Only answered once. Said he was Chris my local energy advisor but this is not my area code. This has become harassment. Tried to report online to BT who say this is not a valid phone number!

User called Chris said he was from Energy Performance Register and that my loft insulation was out of date and needed replacing. He said someone will call to arrange a survey and issue a certificate report at no charge. He would not listen when I said my loft is fully boarded.

It’s clearly a robot calling called Chris from the local energy people. I keep blocking it but every day the same Chris calls from a different phone number. It’s beginning to become a nuisance.
