Energy / Loft Insulation Scam - "Joe"

A woman called, I think I've come across her before on a different number. Burbling on about insulation grants from the government. Asked if I was the homeowner and aged between 45 to 79. I said yes I own my home, but am not in the age bracket. She hung up. The number was blocked.
