caller demanding to know if I was the home owner . When questioned - stated that it was to confirm I could make decisions. So hung up.

Picked up, Was silent. I forgot to shut the call off from my end for about 12 minutes but had the handset by me and heard nothing .

Asked if I was the householder, said the company was called ICENE. Indian accent. When I asked the registered address of their company they hung up. Clearly an illegal scam.
