If you are going to scam someone then at least have someone on the phone who can speak English. So as soon as you hear this attempt to talk rubbish at you it’s obviously a scam. Just heard the word money debt etc etc. I think !! Just block and hang up.

Open by calling themselves some kind of data (or maybe debt) management. Asking about problems. When not satisfied with your response they hang up immediately.

Same as above, when you ask who they are they hang up. I normally avoid saying yes or confirming or sharing personal information. It’s a scam and they just don’t stop, they recycle numbers hoping to get someone. Be careful
