Said from elite lotto and asked what are lottery numbers were. Asked what we spend our winnings on and used that to say how lovely it would be to do this and that for the family etc! Sounded great until they asked for bank details. We refused and he hung up! - caller: David from elite lotto uk

Claimed I'd entered a competition and I'd won £1000 of shopping vouchers. When I asked for which shop they repeated I'd won £1000. I said I don't recall ever entering any competition and again asked for which shop. Got the reply that I must have forgot that I'd entered!!!! All they needed was to confirm my details. I refused. They hung up. Total Scam. Be careful
