Have had several phone calls from this number & in the past just put the phone down. The last time I did listen to what he said & he already seemed to know much about my loft & that I had had some insulation in the distant past through a government scheme!!! However when he said somebody was going to ring me back to make an appointment to come round & acess my loft my suspicions heightened & I put the phone down. Now I have learnt they are on the dangerous list I certainly will be putting the phone down instantly if they ring again!
Again talking about loft insulation - however my three storey town house does not have a loft !!!! It is about time that Ofcom and TPS got hold of these people !
Called today from what sounded like ai wanting to know if I was the home owner as soon as I said no they hung up. Say no if they ask this question seems to stop them cold.
3 times today on different numbers and continuous phoning 12 times, getting really annoying and disturbing.
Have just rung to tell me almost "everyone" in my postcode has had their loft surveyed and the yellow fluffy stuff and other "old" materials used are likely to cause condensation/damp etc. in loft. They can send their surveyors to do a free check for "my peace of mind". Said not interested, rambled some more, again not interested, v. persistent, said no, thanks, put phone down. Don't know who they are, whether legit or otherwise, BUT my number is ex-directory and registered with TPS so shouldn't have rung anyway. Probably should avoid.

Cold caller offering free survey of my loft insulation. Reported to OFCOM and blocked
Constantly calling I do not speak now and they hang up
constantly calling , automated voice unintelligible.

I investigated and they have a range of numbers they use 028405208XX, starting from 02840520848 till 02840520877.
