When I first picked up, the caller went quoet. Pretended to be from EE. I am not due for an upgrade and has a strong Indian accent and I have recently been hacked by someone from India.

They called, I said "Hello, who is this?", they replied "hello" (which sounded like a machine, and then hung up.

Asian sounding woman called in this number. I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I asked her what sort of company she was from and she cut me off, so presumably a scam.
