Said it was a courtesy call from sky as I had skyQ for a certain period I could now have new apps added. Didn’t continue call when person asked me to confirm all my personal details. To be honest even if it was Sky they be messed us about so much with incorrect billing (charging us for services they offered for free!) that I m certainly not interested so will block

Said was from Sky. Wanted to update me on what i could now access. Most i had not heard of & wasn't bothered about. At the end of the call wanted sort code & account no. that would be used at the end of the 3 month free trial. Why would he want bank details as Sky already have that to pay for my subscription on direct debit. Said i did not have to hand & call me later when i was home. Blocked his phone no. & reported it as a scam,

Caller said he was from Sky to inform me of new products on my account. Informed me of new apps (not new) and Sky VIP which I already knew about. Then , offered me 3 months free insurance on TV , Sky equipment and my lap top . I asked what happens after 3 months and he said £9.99 is charged but not o my Sky account.. but to a different supplier for which I would need to supply bank details for Direct Debit. That confirmed my suspicions and told him I was not interested and he wasn’t going to get my bank details. Caller now blocked.

Rang twice and hung up after reading other people's messages I would class this number as dangerous as anyone calling under false pretentious is dangerous and as I have nearly been a victim of fraud before I refuse to answer any calls I don't recognise and advise others to do the same and never click on a link on any txts emails or messages you receive, stay safe everyone.
